Mhalbia Ice cream pistachio cinnamon




Ingredients:
100 g of cream rice
150 g sugar
1 liter of milk
5 tablespoons of orange blossom water
10 servings of Kiri
for decoration: cinnamon 100 g ground pistachio

Directions:
Mélanger sugar, milk and cream in a saucepan,

Chauffer over low heat, stirring constantly with a wooden spoon.
Add portions kiri.
Retirer saucepan and add the orange blossom water.
Pour into glasses, alternating with pistachio powder.
And garnish with cinnamon.
