Cracker Barrel Hash Brown Casserole


2 pounds of frozen hash brown;
½ cup of butter or margarine,
preferably melted;
1 can of cream of chicken soup;
1 pint of sour cream;
½ cup of chopped onion;
2 cups of grated cheddar cheese;
1 teaspoon of salt;
and ¼ teaspoon of pepper.
After preparing the ingredients, you should go preheat your oven to 350°F and spray the baking pan that you will be using with a cooking spray. After doing this, revert your attention back to the ingredients that you have prepared a while ago and mix them thoroughly in a bowl. When you are satisfied with it, spread it over the baking pan and leave it in the oven baking for around 45 minutes or until you see that the top has already turned into a golden brown color.
After baking, let it sit for a while and serve it for your family's enjoyment.
