Malteser Cake



Ingredients:
1 cup self raising flour
3/4 cup caster sugar
4 tbsp cocoa
2 eggs
2 tbsp vegetable oil
2 x 150g tubs Vanilla Bean Fruche
1 x 65g pkt Maltesers

Method:
Preheat oven to 175 degrees
Grease an 18 cm square cake tin
Sift together flour, sugar & cocoa
In a separate bowl combine eggs, oil & Fruche
Combine wet & dry ingredients, then stir through the Maltesers
Place mixture into the cake tin & bake for 25-30 minutes
