Heirloom Cantaloupe Salsa Recipe




Ingredients:
1 small heirloom cantaloupe, cubed
1 large peach, cubed
1/4 small red onion, diced
1 small lime, juiced
1 tablespoon fresh mint leaves
Freshly ground black pepper, or cayenne for heat, to taste

Directions:

Mix all together in ceramic or glass bowl.
Tightly cover and refrigerate at least one hour before serving.
