Veggie beef patties




Ingredients:
1 ½ pounds of organic beef
1 cup of finely chopped spinach
4 finely chopped white mushrooms
2 egg whites
¼ cup of almond flour
1 teaspoon of garlic powder
1 teaspoon of onion powder
1 tablespoon of curry powder
½ tablespoon of pepper
¼ tablespoon of sea salt
1 tablespoon of coconut oil

Directions:
Place ground beef in mixing bowl. Toss spices and almond flour on top. Mix ingredients well.
Add in egg whites and mix.
Add in spinach and mushrooms. Mix well.
Create fist size burgers with your mixture to have ready ahead of time, and place on a plate.
Heat skillet in medium heat and add coconut oil.
Let coconut oil melt and add 4 burgers at a time.
Cover skillet and cook for 8 minutes.
Flip burgers, cover skillet and cook for 6 minutes.
Repeat steps 8-10 until all burgers have been cooked.
Add Sriracha and eat up.
