EGG-NOG RECIPE

Ingredients:
1 egg
1 dessert spoon sugar
1 cup hot or cold milk
vanilla essence
nutmeg (optional

Directions:

Beat the egg & sugar together thoroughly
Add milk & flavour to taste with vanilla
Beat until frothy
Pour into a glass & sprinkle with a little nutmeg
