Easy Easter Bread & Butter Pudding



 Ingredients:
3-4 hot cross buns, buttered & chopped
¾ cup sweetened condensed milk
3 eggs
1 ½ cups cream
1 tsp vanilla
¼ slivered almonds & ½ teaspoon cinnamon (for decoration if desired)

Method:
Preheat Oven to 180 degrees
Butter and chop your hot cross buns and arrange in greased ovenproof dish
Combine sweetened condensed milk, eggs, cream and vanilla and beat well
Pour creamy egg mixture over your hot cross buns and allow a little time to soak in
Sprinkle with almonds & cinnamon (if desired)
Bake for 40-45 (or until set)
Dust with icing sugar and serve warm with cream
