Grilled White Sea Bass recipe
Ingredients:
2 (4 ounces each) White Sea Bass fillets
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon garlic, minced
1/4 teaspoon salt-free herbed seasoning blend
Ground black pepper, to taste
Method:
1. Prepare your broiler or grill, clean it first before you heat it up. You can use an electric, gas or coal grill. Make sure that you position the grill rack 4 inches away from the heat. If you use an electric or gas grill, turn it on to medium high heat. If you only have a regular coal grill then you can add some medium sized coals and burn it until all of the coals turn red.
2. Use a cooking spray and lightly use it on a container where you will be putting the fish; make sure that the fillets easily fit inside first. When done place the White Sea bass fillets in it. Add some lemon juice, garlic, herbed seasoning and pepper over the fillets. Mix it thoroughly with the help of your fingers.
3. Place the fillet on the grill, turn gently so that the fish won't get damaged. Turn when it is opaque. You could try to pierce it with a fork to check if it's cooked or not; if it flakes it's done. The turning time is usually 8 to15 minutes depending on how you want your fish cooked.
4. Serve the cooked dish with a bed of sauteed spinach.
It looks delicious! And not very complicate to prepare. I love fish and sea bass is one of my favorites. Just grilled is perfect!!
