Thaï Mango Dessert With Warm Coconut Sauce



Ingredients:
2-3 Thai mangoes, peeled & sliced
1 cup coconut milk (full fat preferred)
2 tablespoons palm sugar (or any sweetener)
1/4 teaspoon (scant) of sea salt
3 teaspoons tapioca/arrowroot starch
Toasted sesame seeds as a garnish

Method:
Whisk together the sauce ingredients in a small saucepan.
Over medium-low heat, bring the mixture to a gentle simmer.
When mixture thickens, remove from heat and set aside.
Prepare your Thai mangoes (see picture). Slice them any way you like!
Serve freshly sliced mango with a drizzle slathering of coconut sauce! Sprinkle with toasted sesame seeds if using!
