Finger Lickin Chicken



Ingredients:
8–10 chicken pieces
30g butter
2 tbsp curry paste
2 tbsp runny honey


Method:

Preheat oven to 180°C.
Arrange chicken pieces skin side up in a baking dish.
Melt butter in a pan.
Remove from heat and stir in the curry paste and honey.
Spoon mixture over chicken.
Cover with foil and bake for 20 minutes.
Remove foil.
Baste chicken with juices and cook for a further 30 to 40 minutes, basting once or twice more.
